After we had to close are curling rink do to insurance costs. We prepare the arena ice after hockey season. Ice surface was a little shorter but we a fabulous turn out from all surrounding communities. We had more first time curlers along with most on regular curlers. We made had a weekend and still going on to this date.we introduced to new ice makers and bunch of we volunteers help put on this great event and help keep local arena viable.
