Three teenagers with a love for curling, started curling together on their high school curling team. This led to 3 moms driving to many curling rinks & becoming friends. Loved watching those girls play but also thought it was time we did more than drive to curling & we all decided to take up the sport. First year we curled with our daughters in a ladies league at Brockville Country Club. The girls moved onto post secondary & we stayed curling. Even decided to hit the road for a couple bonspiels a season. The first two certainly not our best effort, not even putting a point on the board. This did not discourage us one bit, we continued on, have met some great people along the way & even placed in the top 3 at a couple spiels. We are still known as the curling moms 🙂 at our club.
