Date & time: Saturday February 22 9:30-11:30am Cost: Free on Curling Day in Canada! What is provided: grippers, brooms, sliders. What to bring: clean shoes (no open toed shoes, sandals, etc..), warm and comfy clothes with layers to make sure kids are warm enough and are able to squat/lunge while throwing stones, CSA approved helmet. What to expect: 2 hours of learning the basics of curling, how to throw a rock, sweeping, safety on the ice, and the rules of the game! A mix of on and off ice instruction. Spaces are limited, registration is available on a first come first serve basis with a waitlist available. If spots are full please add your name to the waitlist.
