The last game of the playoffs in the A event the qualifying team needed a spare for the lead position. They asked me if I could spare, I was reluctant at first as these were prestigious players but was reassured that it would be okay as it was a lead possition. We had the hammer and were leading by 1 and had 4 counting in the house, the skips last rock was a take out weight, i was trying to sweep and we got over the hog line, i slipped fell and my broom hit all 4 of our rocks, and we lost. I was pretty upset, but we did come in second. I continued to curl and loved it but got better shoes and a slider.
