Last end in Provincial Masters. Last stone from opposition just had to draw anywhere on 4 foot backing as well but two stones separated by a stone and a bit in back of button. Stone coming in sweepers called of because they wanted stone to stop. My Third ready to sweep I was behind the two stones back of button calling my third not to sweep because if it just touched one of the stones game over they win. She did not sweet and it just slid between the two stones and we had a bitter on 4 foot to win game. Yes if our opposition sweep they win. It was the only game I can remember in my 40 years of curling we won but certainly should have lost. Shock I can say to both teams!
