Totally enjoyed my curling experience when attending the 2017 Men’s Worlds to watch Team Canada(Team Gushue) win the gold.
For me it was a reunion with a very old friend I had not seen since the 1970s and a mini reunion with some old military friends I had not seen since the 1990s.
Very joyful reunion and some great curling as well.
Attached are photos of Jim whom I had not seen since the 70s back in our home town in NB, and my dear military friend, Darlene, whom I had not seen since the 90s when we were posted in Calgary at the same time and myself at the game- I am the one with the feather boa also in an attached photo at the games).
Also a breakfast gathering of some of my old military buddies whom I had not seen since I was posted from Calgary in ’94. I would love to see Canada’s best and invite some of my friends to join me.
