Many years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Guy Hemmings!!
He was touring clubs in Canada to teach players the no lift delivery! To say I smitten to be that close to him is an understatement! Like a teenage crush on my idol! So obviously I worked it out so he could give me one on one instruction.
I barely heard what he was saying because I was in awe lol I did eventually get the stars out of my eyes and the butterflies out of my stomach and actually heeded the instructions!
What a wonderful memory, he was funny, charming, patient and maybe just a little handsome! Just thinking of it now makes me smile!
